HOW DOES PROFITMAIL WORK?

Step 1: Login to the cloud-based platform.

When you log into ProfitMail, your dashboard will appear and it will look like this:

Step 2: Create Campaign

Click to the “Campaigns” Section to view all of your campaigns or create a new one.

When you click to create campaign, you have to choose the type of your campaign. It is between Regular and Plain Text.

For example, I would choose the Regular. Then, choose one or more lists/segments for sending email. And now I would go through 5 sections

After you import your list into ProfitMail, you can set this as the default list

Next, click “Save & Next” button to come to the next stage.

[2]  Setup

I would have to fill in the general details of my email campaign: Name; Email Subject; Sender name; Reply to

[3]  Template

You can choose tons available templates inside this product or create your own by selecting the available layout.

You can easily select the layout, themes or upload your own templates

I would try to edit a theme like this seen below:

Click “Email Builder Pro” to go to edit the theme. Then, you have this revolutionary drag-and-drop email editor. You can easily drag-and-drop the given element to edit the text. And click “Save” to save your changes.

Choose your delivery date and time which is dependent on the time zone you choose and click “Save & Next”

[5]  Confirm

In this step, it will show you the information of your campaigns. If you have anything wrong, you can review and quickly change it.

You can test your email once more time by sending it to an email address.

That is a process to set up a full, high-converting campaign.

Step 3: Create Automation

Click the “Automations” Section, then “Add new” to create a new one.

Adjust the information and click “Get started”

Now, you can choose the way your automation will work by choosing the available automation trigger

Next, add action: you can either wait or just send email to your list

When you click Send an Email, you can set up your email. The process is quite similar to creating a new campaign like above.

When you choose Condition, choose one of the conditions for your workflow then click on “confirm”.

After that, there will be two different options:

– If your subscribers open your email, you can send them a new email or wait

– If they do not, you can send them a follow-up to make sure that they are active within your email list, you can again, send a new email or wait.

Step 4: Adding new subscribers

This step refer to the “List” Section, click on the button like this seen below to add new subscribers

Next, simply add new subscribers or you can also import your own CSV file from the desktop

The subscription forms allows your subscribers to update their profile within profit mail. For instance, I would choose Sign-up form.

Feel free to edit the content inside this form to make your own custom message:

Step 5: Adjust Sending Servers

This feature allows you to add a sending server which will actually send out your campaign emails. Click on “New Server” button to add a new server.
