HOW TO USE THIS ADDRESPONSE

Step 1: Log in

Once you log in, you will see the main dashboard below. The dashboard shows you a quick summary of what you’re up to with addResponse, through the Comments Chart, Accounts, New Comments, etc.

Step 2: Add a new account

Click on the Accounts tab to see all the social accounts you’ve added. 

When you want to add a new account, click on the + icon on the right side.

Choose which social platform (Facebook or Instagram) you want to add.

In this example, I click on Facebook and I have to confirm a few questions to permit addResponse to make changes to my posts.

Firstly, click Continue as Video to confirm the FB account I want to work on.

Secondly, tick the Instagram Business Accounts I want to use with addResponse.

Next, tick the pages you want to use with addResponse.

After that, determine what addResponse can do with the pages you selected.

And now your account has been successfully linked to Facebook.

Step 3: Add Page

Once you grant permission to the app, you can see the list of FB pages that your account has management & content creation rights.

Click on the Add Page button to add the page to addResponse.

In this example, I add the Affiliate Sales page to the app as below.

And now you can see the page Affiliate Sales to the social accounts list like this.

From the Social Accounts, click on the icon (shown in the screenshot above) to view all posts on the page.

Step 4: Check the Held Comments & Approved Comments

Once you add the page to addResponse, you can view all posts from the page.

Take Test Post A for an example. As you can see from the screenshot, there are a few comments on ‘bad posts’ on the post.

• Held Comments

You can see these ‘bad post’ comments have been held in the Held Comments tab. Whenever a negative comment is sent to your post, a minute ago or a day ago, the app will get rid of it anyway.

• Approved Comments: This tab shows you the other good comments.

You can delete, reply, hide, or view other comments on the post right inside the app

In the case you want to reply to the comment, you can choose from one of the templates and click Reply.

Step 5: Add a new template

Click on the Template tab to see all the reply templates you have inside.

• To personalize your template, click on the </> icon on the right side above the list to see how to add the personalization shortcode to the message.
• Tick the template and select the trash icon to delete the chosen template.
• To add a new template, click on the + icon.

Step 6: Add new held rules

Click on the Rules tab on the menu. Then, select the page you want to add a new rule. Click on the + icon to add a new rule.

You need to select the account, and the rule type (held) and enter the word you want to apply the rule. Click Add Rule when you finish.

In this example, I enter the word Glibbly.

When I add the comment ‘better than Glibbly’…

It is immediately stored in the Held Comments section.
